All I Possess

Leaving behind false traditions in search of the true Jesus

Face Coverings & Secret Combinations

It was an alternate universe, wasn’t it? The world went crazy.

I was already a “conspiracy theorist” so it wasn’t a surprise to me.

But the church falling in line?

Did not see that coming.

The Book of Mormon warns us about secret combinations!

Prophets speak out and stand for truth!

Right?

I was the only one in my ward not wearing it. Then my daughter joined me. We were standing for something.

I probably lost respect from a lot of people. Probably gained some from others who weren’t brave enough to do it but felt the same.

The ward did away with singing aloud.

One day I got on Facebook and did a live video. I sang a song. I spoke about the importance of singing together.

Psychological research shows that singing together strengthens unity. Looking back, I wonder now if that’s a big reason I started to feel so disconnected. Besides the whole big obvious thing.

One day we went to the temple and I wouldn’t do it. I gave some excuse at the desk, but then the staff took my husband aside and asked him to tell me to get my mask on.

Once we had changed our clothes and were walking up the stairs to the ordinance room, he whispered to me something about what they had said and they really want me to wear it.

I said, “That’s not who I serve.”

And then we continued on and nobody said another word. It felt good to stick to my guns!

But why did I need to get out my guns at the “House of the Lord”??

The temple during that time was so weird. Total dissonance. Two opposing religions in the same edifice.

Why were we banding with the Gadiantons?

“Yea, wo be unto you because of that great abomination which has come among you; and ye have united yourselves unto it, yea, to that secret band which was established by Gadianton!” (Helaman 7:25)

The “Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints” has betrayed Jesus Christ and united with the New World Order/U.N.

But long before that, they united with the Freemasons and allowed their Satanic rituals to take over the temple, replacing the original intent and purpose of temples (more on that later).

“Yea, wo shall come unto you because of that pride which ye have suffered to enter into your hearts, which has lifted you up beyond that which is good because of your exceedingly great riches!” (The LDS church is now worth $100 Billion dollars. I’m sure the alliance with the U.N. isn’t hurting that.)

Notice what that said about pride lifting them up beyond what is good.

Beyond the mark.

Yeah that’s the LDS church in a nutshell.

“Yea, wo be unto you because of your wickedness and abominations!

Sounds like God is cursing them. Not my words. His.

“Yea, wo be unto him that hearkeneth unto the precepts of men, and denieth the power of God, and the gift of the Holy Ghost! …Curseth is he that putteth his trust in man, or maketh flesh his arm, or shall hearken unto the precepts of men” (2 Nephi 29:26)

“And except ye repent ye shall perish; yea, even your lands shall be taken from you, and ye shall be destroyed from off the face of the earth.” (Helaman 7:26-29)

Ouch.

Anyway….

During that time, I thank God for such a great blessing that came into my life. We had a homeschool group of moms and kids who were meeting together every week, to socialize and teach our kids the proper role of government. Like-minded families who didn’t give a crap. We wouldn’t conform. It was a beautiful group.

Christmas came and of course there was no ward activity. No school activities. But our liberty group got together and put 50 people in my dining room for dinner.

We sang about our Lord Jesus Christ.

We prayed and fellowshipped.

Something the church had all but forgotten about.

We could have been fined.

But we stood strong. We held our ground and we had a clear conscience before God.

My family also switched homeschooling communities that year in favor of one that wouldn’t dance to the tyrannical music.

After a few tough years of living in Utah, it felt so good to latch onto a tribe.
